ゆったりしたファンタジーが読みたい｜乱と灰色の世界

友人の家に遊びに行ったら乱と灰色の世界が置いてあって、とても面白かったのでメモ。

魔法使いの4人家族を中心とした話。大掛かりなファンタジー設定しているけど、そこの説明描写はそこまでしないで人間模様の描写に重きを置いているのが好き。古い少女漫画を思い出させます。萩尾望都とか。

ヒロインの小学生の女の子が大人に変身できて、大人の姿だと魔法も強いという、どっかの少女漫画で見たような、魔法少女モノでよく見るような設定なんだけども、いまのところそれで特に何かを解決するわけでもなく、ゆるゆると大人の世界と子供の世界に片足づつ突っ込んで進んでいく感じが良いなあと。この子の成長がメインテーマなんですかね。

ジョジョの4部みたいに大きな物語はゆっくり動かして、乱と陣の兄妹の日常ベースで進んでくれたらいいなと思います。

YOTSUBA&! 10 years like 1 day exhibition

I went to the YOTSUBA&! 10 years like 1 day exhibition.

That showed all the pages from the daily pad calendars for 10 years on which characters from Azumannga Daiho and Yotsuba&! were printed.

It was interesting to see all the pages for 10 years at once. Especially, to see the pages for Sundays was a fun. There were pictures of Chiyo-father and drawings by Yotsuba on the pages for Sundays.

It opens from 7/5 to 7/17. Actually, this exhibition was cancelled on the 11th of March only 3days after its start because of the earthquake. Then, after 4 months, it's reopened.



It was prohibited to take photos in most places. But you could take a picture of a full-sized Dambo.
